I have been trying to remember the name of a movie that I saw on Netflix a few years ago (it has now been taken down).
It was a British scifi movie. One sister is a scientist. The other works for the government. One day, black spots/orbs start appearing in the sky and as each day passes more appear. I think they start attacking them. They then send people through to them. In the end it turns out the black spots/aliens were protecting earth from a massive meteorite.
Was a really good and unexpected movie.
